Exterior Features

The Subaru ascent is supported by four mighty wheels and a gorgeous steel body. The raised roof rails on the vehicle are an advantage and quite unique to vehicles of this class. They provide extra cargo space and also add to the overall look of the vehicle. There also exists a panoramic moonroof that tilts to your likeability. Overall the car's appearance speaks for itself.

Engine & Performance

The Subaru Ascent is available in 2.4L four-cylinder engine to give a Horsepower of 250. The engine is Variable Automatic and delivers smooth and quick acceleration due to its strong powertrain. Fuel economy in this Subaru Model rates at 21 mpg in the city and 27 mpg on the highway. The Limited and Touring trims were rated 1mpg less on both the highway and the city. The Ascent can also Tow up to 5000 pounds, which we found extremely impressive.

Interior Space

The first thing you notice when you get into the vehicle is its finely crafted seat trims. It makes it quite clear that a lot of thought was put into designing the fabric. The leather texture is rich and warm. Not to mention it is spill-proof. The cabin is also as handsome as the exterior. When it comes to cargo, the vehicle is amply equipped. It also comes with 19 cup and bottle holders for the passengers, a very thoughtful function.

Technology

The Subaru Ascent comes with driver-assist features that ease the driver's experience on the road. The package includes a Standard Eyesight feature to improve vision when on the road, Subaru STARLINK safety, and security for the safety of your vehicle and LED Steering Responsive Headlights with High Beam Assist. These packages include more features that work together for your safety on the road.

Multimedia

The SUBARU STARLINK Multimedia system is preinstalled with Apple Carplay and Android Auto. An eight-inch touchscreen is also provided along with a voice-activated navigation system. You also get to access music, podcasts, and other media through the STARLINK app installed. To top all these on, powerful speakers are installed to make all your trips an adventure.

Updates to the Subaru Ascent Trim Levels

The Subaru Ascent offers several trim levels to help you enjoy your journeys even more. With each passing year, the Ascent gets even better, with state-of-the-art updates to its technology and other elements. Subaru Pacific knows you'll be excited about the features the 2023 Subaru Ascent brings you.

Base Trim

The Ascent's base trim can accommodate eight passengers. Like the others, it has all-wheel drive and runs on a 260-horsepower, turbocharged 2.4-liter engine. It benefits from LED steering responsive headlights, which can be useful when driving around Torrance at night. Further, this Ascent has an 11.6-inch touchscreen with smartphone compatibility and SiriusXM.

Premium

This trim is available with either eight or seven seats, and it features stain-resistant cloth upholstery and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Heated front seats can keep you comfortable when it gets chilly in Long Beach. It also has a power-adjustable driver's seat. With the Premium, you'll take advantage of Wi-Fi capability when traveling in Los Angeles.

Onyx Edition

One of the notable aspects of the seven-passenger Onyx Edition is its power-operated panoramic moonroof. This trim rides on 20-inch wheels and has been upgraded with LED fog lights. It can treat you to a heated steering wheel when you need more warmth in Hawthorne. Also, this trim has StarTex upholstery, which is water-repellant.

Limited

This trim can be set up with captain's chairs or a second-row bench seat. Either configuration would come with leather seats and a memory function for the driver's seat. Passengers will appreciate the Limited's third-row USB ports. These are offered in addition to the standard first-row and second-row USB ports.

Onyx Edition Limited

The Onyx Edition Limited is very similar to the Onyx Edition, but it gets to have a premium sound system and integrated navigation. These can be so nice to have on drives around Los Angeles.

Touring

This is the most refined Ascent trim at Subaru Pacific, and it comes with leather upholstery and satin and chrome accents. It's the only one with heated and ventilated front seats and Nappa leather seats. Plus, it offers a smart auto-dimming rearview mirror.
